I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful resort! The location is stunning, with breathtaking views and plenty of space to relax by the beach and pools. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the dining options could use improvement, particularly with regard to service and menu availability. Also, the transportation to excursions could be a bit pricey. Overall, it was a lovely getaway, but there’s room for enhancement in some areas.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. We loved the rainforest view, though it wasn’t much of a view. I would rate them 8/10 as they could use a little updating.
Service
10.0
The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Everyone was kind and genuinely wanted to help, especially when we faced a medical emergency. They really went above and beyond.
Location
9.0
The location of the resort is excellent, being close to El Yunque National Forest and away from the hustle of more crowded areas. It’s a peaceful retreat, but very few dining and excursion choices nearby.
Dining
6.0
Dining was a mixed bag. The restaurants were good, but pricey, and the service at the food truck and pool bar could be better. Breakfast options could also be more varied.
Facilities
9.0
Facilities were great, especially the gorgeous pool area, which was spacious and inviting. The kids enjoyed the activities and we appreciated the cabanas for a bit of relaxation.

7.8/10

My stay at the resort was mixed; the property is beautiful and spacious, with a relaxing atmosphere, but service issues made my experience less enjoyable. While the staff was friendly and eager to help, there were several inefficiencies that must be streamlined. The overall value is decent, but certain aspects like dining could definitely improve.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were absolutely beautiful and spacious, although they did have a slight mildew smell. The layout necessitates the use of golf carts to navigate between the rooms and amenities, which can be a bit inconvenient.
Service
6.0
The service was friendly and the staff did their best to fix issues as they arose. However, management should prioritize training to prevent service mishaps.
Location
9.0
The location is excellent for those seeking a more secluded and relaxing getaway, away from the crowded tourist areas.
Dining
7.0
While the dining options were convenient, they were on the pricier side, and the quality didn't always match the cost. More variety, especially for breakfast, would be appreciated.
Facilities
8.0
The resort has great facilities, including a large pool area and beach access, but certain aspects like parking could be managed better.

The resort is beautiful and offers a spacious pool area. The staff are friendly and accommodating, particularly Robert, who made our stay special. However, service at the dining venues can be quite slow, which detracts from the otherwise enjoyable experience. The rooms are great for families but could use minor updates in some areas.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious and clean, ideal for two adults and two kids.
Service
6.0
Service at the dining venues was inconsistent, often slow and not always attentive.
Location
9.0
The resort has a lovely location with easy access to local attractions and beaches.
Dining
5.0
Dining at the on-site restaurant was a bit mediocre, and getting reservations was challenging.
Facilities
9.0
The pool area is large and well-kept, offering plenty of lounge chairs and cabanas.

7.6/10

I recently had a wonderful experience at this resort, enjoying the beautiful views and spacious rooms. The dining options were diverse and definitely worth a try, especially the breakfast at Waters Edge. However, the beach was a bit of a letdown with its rocky entrance, and the service could be hit or miss at times. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway, and I appreciate the friendly staff who truly made our stay special.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious and newly renovated, providing a comfortable stay, but there were some concerns about slipperiness in the bathrooms.
Service
7.0
While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, there were instances when service wasn't as attentive as expected.
Location
8.0
The resort is somewhat isolated, which limits dining options outside, but it's set in a beautiful private area of Rio Grande.
Dining
7.0
Dining experiences varied, but I really enjoyed the breakfast offerings and the room service was decent, with notable exceptions in consistency.
Facilities
8.0
Facilities were impressive, with a beautiful pool area that was well-maintained. However, some amenities might need further improvements.

7.2/10

Our stay at the resort started off beautifully with its stunning pool and nearby golf course, but we were met with some frustrating service issues that really dampened our experience. While the food was high-quality at the restaurants, the service was unfortunately not up to par for a five-star rating. Additionally, our tours and transportation arrangements were quite chaotic, leading to unnecessary stress during our stay.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms had a lovely new look, but we noticed some areas were a bit dirty, making it seem like they hadn't been used in a while.
Service
5.0
The service was friendly and attentive, but we encountered several issues with housekeeping and restaurant reservations that made our experience less enjoyable.
Location
9.0
The resort is well-positioned for visiting the natural beauty of the rainforest and other attractions, which was a big plus for our plans.
Dining
7.0
Dining was generally good with quality variations, but repetitiveness after several days led to a lack of excitement in meal choices.
Facilities
8.0
The resort's facilities are impressive, particularly the pool area, though it could really benefit from a more regular cleaning schedule.
